三、性能、特点：

1、全自动工控面板机集复合、压成型、复膜、排废等多个工序在同一台机上一次完成；自动化程度高，用人少，省去为协调各个工序之间所用的人力投入；减少耗损，有效降低了因各种工序而引起的误差和耗损，大大减轻了制作成本的同时提高了产品的质量及生产效率。

2、数码控制系统，人机界面操作平台显示所有功能，使操作简单方便。

3、自动送料，数控电眼对位，前后左右微调较板，可多次重复成型。

4、本三菱伺服控制系统，模切速度及长度任意设定，自动计数，计数到设定数值或无材料时自动停机。

4.The die cutting speed and length of Japan’s Mitsubishi servo control system can be arbitrarily set;automatic counting,if it is counted to the set value or no materials,it automatically shuts down.
